Fungal Light Emanator
This set of two lamps utilizes sculpting techniques to blend all the parts into one unit.  The round base is an oxygen tank with legs made from door-stop jacks.  The power cord comes out of the back of the globe with a high-tech strain-relief connector.  Rising up from the top of the globe is a truck horn sculpted to a round plate with 2-inch holes.  The top is antique glass from old street lights, lit with a 500-Watt halogen bulb with a dimmer set on the back of the cone.   These lamps span a wide range of lighting moods:  At low lighting levels they provide soft lighting with an amber tint through the glass, and blue light reflected through the holes.   At full power, they are bright enough to light a large room for reading,   The outer finish is a durable textured metallic blue powder-coating
