The main body of this piece is a submersible pump that was used for delivery of water from a well at extreme depths. This pump is stainless steel and is polished to a chrome-like finish. The brushed stainless steel base is a simple stand from a piece of  lab equipment. The top of the pump intersects with an attractive electrical fitting with an "on/off" switch mounted on top. This switch independently operates each of the lights which are set on 24-inch flexible gooseneck arms. The black finish on the metal lamp shades is a durable powder-coating. This is a supremely versatile lamp for any space.
