Orbital Illuminata

This unit is created with simplicity in mind.  The three legs rise from brass balls and feet up into a flange gasket ring. Hi-tech fins give strength to the three legs at the bottom of the orb.  The orb base is a combination of two of these gasket rings sculpted together with a part of a spheroid vacuum cleaner housing. The glass globe is mounted on top with one 150 watt light bulb controlled by a pull switch for off and on as well as a touch dimmer hooked up to the body of the piece.
