Claudiua Scalius

Claudius is sculpted from various metal pieces welded to ball bearings to get the jointed effect.  The texture of the limbs is created by a splattering/beading with a stick and Mig welder in combination.  The body of Claudius is a separator chamber for a lab instrument using compressed gases.  The light is controlled by a lever off and on switch as well as a touch sensitive dimmer hooked to the body.
